We have been running our own “Mindfulness matters” Facebook campaign which shares all your positive stories and activities to keep you feeling happy and upbeat during there difficult times. This has been very popular and we’ve had some fantastic pictures and videos to share with you all.
Here at the DSA we appreciate that many of you may be feeling the affects of lockdown and we are here to help all our members. If you need to have a chat or ask for some help with staying in touch or keeping active we are here to help and will try our best to guide you in the right direction.
