World Dwarf Games Classifications
People of restricted growth are not all of the same height or physical ability and so, as in the Paralympics, athletes are classified in terms of height and functional ability. The classification information is slightly more detailed than the information gathered by the DSAUK for classification.
WDG Athletes in the Junior, Open, and Masters age divisions who compete in badminton, boccia, swimming, table tennis, and track/field will compete in three different classifications.
Juniors
The classification system for the Junior age division is based upon dwarfism diagnosis.
Open and Masters
The classification system for the Open and Masters age divisions is based upon body proportions and measurements which will be taken by yourself as you enter and submitted with your entry details
