DSA Powerlifters Success

DSA Powerlifters have recently had a great deal of success firstly Zoe Newson competed in the commonwealth games in Delhi and lifted a new personal best of 85kg. She narrowly missed out on a medal coming 4th overall in her weight class.

Another two lifters to share in the success were Roxanne Luckock and Jason Owen. Both going out to Poland for an international, Roxanne lifted a new personal best of 75kg with a near perfect score of 8 out o 9 white lights. Jason also lifted a new personal best of 147.5kg with a perfect 9 lights out of 9.

Well done to all the DSA lifters. With 2012 just round the corner the DSA Powerlifters are showing they’ll be the ones to watch in London.
