Matt Whorwood with more medals in Beijing

Well done to Matt Whorwood yesterday as he added to the Bronze he won earlier in the week with another fabulous swim in the 400m freestyle.

Matt cut 10 seconds off his personal best to win his Bronze medal, finishing in 5min 25.67 seconds.

Afterwards the BBC interviewed him, he looked as happy as we are at the DAA to be part of his success.

Also congratulations to Gareth Duke with his Silver Medal beating Matt in the Freestyle 100m. Well Done Gareth.
