The highly interactive exhibition, Beyond Boundaries Live is now is returning on the 25th -26th July and will not only be showcasing a large assortment of products and services but will also leave visitors feeling excited, motivated and inspired by the various activities, performances and competitions to be won.
The event will focus on everything from holidays, employment, cooking, sports, the arts, fashion, vehicles, kid’s activities through to the latest services and developments from professional bodies such as The College of Occupational Therapists, The National Autistic Society and Diabetes UK.
To finish the show with a spectacular ending, both days will showcase an outstanding fashion show which is guaranteed to leave visitors stunned and amazed. Visitors will be able to enter the glamorous world of beautifully made, adaptable clothing featuring the latest fabrics and colours. The dazzling and vibrant fashion show will display a vast range of stylish clothing created by WheelieChix–Chic.
Come and see their stunning models on the catwalk as they showcase a ‘must see’ Autumn/Winter collection of beautifully tailored designer wear introducing a ride through the forests to Balmoral with a Regal influence. All of which are elegant and easy wearing with shapes that enhance and compliment the female form when sitting. Plus they will also provide visitors with a taster of what’s to come this Spring/Summer 09, including a continuation from Autumn/winter, but adding further beauty and intricacy, garments created as pieces of art inspired by nature.
According to Louisa Summerfield, Managing Director, ‘Wheelchair women now realize they don’t have to put up with ill fitting high street clothes and fastenings that are a task to open. I want every woman in a wheelchair to desire the desirable, look chic, feel confident and ooze sex appeal”. Louisa will also be model scouting so those visitors who would love a career in fashion do not need to look any further.
In addition to the fashion show the event will also feature the glamorous Rackety’s designer Anni McMahon and Britain’s most successful athlete Dame Tanni Grey Thompson who will be presenting a thought provoking insight into body image in the body conscious celebrity driven fashion world. Tanni & Anni will provide visitors with simple ideas to guide them through the terrifying world of fashion, and turn visitors back on tartan blankets forever!
The gold Paralympic medalist, Dame Tanni Grey Thompson will also feature in the ‘My life seminar theatre’, alongside various other celebrities and personalities who achieved amazing feats of endeavor. Including x factor finalist Kerry McGregor, Paralympic medalist Ade Adepitan, BBC Beyond Boundaries series expedition leader Ken Hames and many more. Visitors will be able to listen to their inspirational talks and have various opportunities to ask questions.
As well as watching stunning performances and becoming astonished by the line up of celebrities, visitors will also have the opportunity to win some luxurious prizes. Those who are looking for their dream getaway within the UK or to far away exotic shores, do not need to look any further. Beyond Boundaries Live has teamed up with various holiday makers many of which have great holidays to be won.
